UNDERSTANDING PRE-ORDERING

Please keep in mind that these are unisex sizes, they are not a traditional women’s fit. Which means they will have more of an oversized fit.

You will be prompted to submit a pre-order form for each pre-order item that you are interested in unless you are purchasing the same style, color, and size of the same item. For example, if you are interested in the same style and size of a shirt but you want one in black and the other in white, the completion of two pre-order forms are necessary. Just a simple click to agree to our “Pre-Order Terms & Conditions”. We do this to ensure that what you order is what you indeed receive.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required to secure your order. Pre-orders are non-refundable and CANNOT be canceled once processed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping information. Your pre-order FOR THE LOVE OF BLACK GIRLS items will be shipped no more than 21 days after the date of your pre-order purchase. For example, if you purchase pre-order items on November 21 your order will ship no later than December 12. If your purchase qualified for complimentary shipping, we will mail via USPS Priority Mail (which is 1-3 business days). Please be advised that you pre-order items will not ship with your non-pre-order items.

COMMUNICATION

Email will be our primary mode of communication about your order(s). When you order, double-check that you have entered the correct email address. As for any pre-ordering changes that are different than what has been stated above, you will be notified PROMPTLY of those changes.
