CARE INSTRUCTIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS

We’ve worn the apparel for three years on our own before launching. We did this to make sure the color holds up, that the quality of the fabric remains intact, and that everything washes well according to our recommendations. 

Here’s what we’ve learned over the last three years about caring for our launch line: 

Washing Recommendations for Clothing & Hats

• Spot Treat Any Stains Before Washing 

• Wash Separately 

• Wash Inside-Out

• Cold Wash Only

• Do Not Bleach

• Handwash Hats Only

Dry Care for Clothing & Hats

• Use Heatless Tumble Dry or Air Dry ONLY

• Do NOT Iron the FOR THE LOVE OF BLACK GIRLS Logo or Handle

• Iron Very Low Inside Out (if needed)

• Use Lint Roller Once Dry (if needed)

• Air Dry Hats Only

Washing Instructions for Mugs

• Mugs are microwave safe.

• Mugs are NOT dishwasher safe.

• Handwash only.

• Please use a soft sponge to wash. Do NOT use any abrasive cleaner to wash.

Dry Care for Accessories ( logo pins)

• Remove logo pin from clothing before washing.

• Please use a soft sponge to wash. Do NOT use any abrasive cleaner to shine.

• Use a soft cloth to shine only.
